EMERGENCY MEDICAL RESPONSE TO THE SCENE OF A MEDICAL EMERGENCY:
An appropriate road response will utilize an ambulance and a rapid response vehicle, immediately to the scene of a medical emergency, an appropriate lifesaving support will be provided to the patient. A patient will be stabilized before transfer is provided to the closest appropriate medical facility.

Familiarize yourself with the locations of the nearest hospitals, urgent care centers, and specialized medical facilities in your area. When speaking with the emergency dispatcher, mention any preferences or requirements for the medical facility based on the patient's condition.
Listen carefully to the dispatcher’s instructions and follow them precisely. Do not hang up until the dispatcher tells you to. They may need more information or provide further instructions.
Keep a close watch on the patient's condition. Note any changes in their symptoms and be ready to report these to the emergency responders.Collect any relevant medical information, such as medications the patient is taking, allergies, and medical history, to share with the emergency responders.
